Coaster Calander

Here is my Coaster calander that I made. I got this idea from Live Love Scrap on Youtube. She made an amazing coaster calender. So thanks to her for sharing her wonderful talent with everyone. This my take on her idea. I used the round coasters you can get a Michaels in the $1 section. I painted one side in a lt. ivory and added a 3 1/2 in piece of paper that I tore the edges on. On the othe side I covered the whole circle in paper. They are 4 inches and my Cricut Expressions worked perfectly in cutting out the circles to use. I inked all the edges in Chesnut Roan catseye ink. I was going for a vintage them so I hope that, that come across. All of the papers I used were in my stash. I didnt use a lot of ribbon at the top as I wanted it to be easy to turn each month. I made this for my hair gal whos birthday is this month. Happy Monday and I hope you like it.
